📋 Description

• Support project planning; • Assist in creating schedules (using tools such as Excel, MS Project, etc.); • Gather and organize requirements with involved areas; • Support scope, timeline, and resource definition; • Track activities; • Monitor progress of project tasks; • Update delivery statuses and deadlines; • Follow up with stakeholders when necessary; • Documentation management; • Create and maintain project documents (meeting minutes, reports, plans, etc.); • Organize files and ensure correct versioning; • Record changes and decisions; • Meeting support; • Participate in project meetings; • Prepare meeting minutes and record decisions; • Assist in preparing presentations; • KPI tracking and monitoring; • Update project metrics (schedule, cost, quality); • Create simple dashboards; • Identify potential deviations and report them; • Stakeholder communication; • Support communication between teams; • Send status reports; • Ensure alignment across areas; • Risk and issue management; • Identify basic risks; • Assist in logging and tracking issues; • Suggest simple corrective actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed); • Organized and detail-oriented; • Good communication skills; • Basic knowledge of Excel or project management tools; • Proactive attitude.
