• Manage payroll, benefits, and electronic timekeeping, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal procedures. • Use technology to streamline processes, with proficiency in systems such as Convenia. • Monitor the 1:1 and feedback schedule, maintaining clear and empathetic communication with the team. • Pay close attention to detail, stay organized, and provide empathetic support to employees. • Act with a solution-oriented mindset and strategic thinking, always focused on effective outcomes.
• Previous experience in Personnel/HR at a mid-level. • Experience with payroll, benefits administration, electronic timekeeping, and employment/labor procedures. • Ability to leverage technology to increase efficiency; experience with Convenia is a plus. • Ability to manage the calendar for 1:1s and feedback sessions. • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and empathy in supporting the team. • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. • Work with a solution-oriented attitude and strategic thinking, always focused on delivering solutions.
