📋 Description

• Monitor and manage network incidents to resolve issues and meet schedules and SLAs; • Perform IP network troubleshooting, identifying failures in LAN, WAN and broadband infrastructure; • Assist in analyzing and handling incidents related to network protocols; • Carry out basic validations of connectivity, routing, latency, packet loss and service availability; • Monitor network environments using tools such as Zabbix, analyzing alarms, events and performance metrics; • Support the administration and troubleshooting of infrastructure services; • Collect and analyze logs from network devices, GNU/Linux servers and monitoring systems; • Coordinate escalations with carriers, vendors and internal teams to address faults; • Assist in the basic configuration and validation of network equipment such as switches, routers and OLTs; • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities in telecommunications environments; • Document incidents, technical procedures, failure reports and troubleshooting evidence; • Keep control databases, inventory and technical infrastructure documentation up to date; • Escalate critical incidents to N2/N3 teams, ensuring accurate handover of technical information; • Contribute improvement suggestions for operational processes, monitoring and network stability; • Work closely with infrastructure, security, operations and telecommunications teams to ensure service availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, Information Security, Computer Science or related fields; • Knowledge of computer networks and communication protocols; • Knowledge of routing protocols and IP infrastructure, such as IPv4, IPv6, BGP and OSPF; • Experience with GNU/Linux operating systems for support, troubleshooting and basic administration; • Knowledge of network infrastructure services such as DNS, FTP, SYSLOG and monitoring using Zabbix; • Knowledge of broadband infrastructure and telecommunications networks, including OLTs, switches, routers, optical transmission equipment and Metro Ethernet networks; • Knowledge of troubleshooting and fault analysis in network environments; • Desirable: experience with monitoring, log analysis and network management tools; • Strong analytical skills and technical problem-solving ability; • Interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team; • Adaptability and flexibility; • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications; • Good verbal and written communication skills.
