📋 Description

• Act as a decision partner: understand the real problem behind requests, structure hypotheses, and guide the team on where to focus. • Design and evaluate experiments: ensure every relevant initiative has a clear metric, success criteria, and statistical rigor from the start. • Work with causality: separate correlation from real impact and use appropriate methods to support decisions. • Produce analyses that lead to action: connect data to strategy, deliver clear recommendations, and avoid analyses without practical consequences. • Communicate clearly and with influence: translate complexity into actionable decisions for different audiences. • Raise the bar for teams (Analytics and Squads): disseminate best practices, structure knowledge, and strengthen the data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: hands-on analytics work close to decision-making, preferably in a digital product environment or healthtech. • Experimentation & Causality: design experiments before launch (primary metric, guardrails, statistical power, and pre-defined decision criteria). Distinguish correlation from causality and clearly communicate the limits of the data. • Analysis & Modeling: apply statistics (regression, GLM, hypothesis testing, time series) with end-to-end autonomy in Python and/or R. • Data & Instrumentation: advanced SQL and Git/GitHub. • BI & Visualization: experience building decision-oriented dashboards in Power BI (advanced DAX). • Business & Product: master product metrics (funnels, retention, engagement, experience) and link metric changes to business levers. • Decision Communication: translate analyses into clear recommendations, explicitly stating the decision, trade-offs, and what could change the conclusion.
