📋 Description

• Defining and optimizing negotiation policies (discounts/fees); • Planning, executing and measuring A/B tests; • Monitoring and maintaining negotiation engines.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in Mathematics and Statistics; • Data-driven mindset; • Experience with experimentation — A/B testing; • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages R and/or Python. • Preferred • Knowledge of billing/collections policies. • Behavioral profile • Analytical, critical, proactive and collaborative; • Good interpersonal skills, logical reasoning, and a desire to grow and be engaged.
