📋 Description

• Actively participate in the development of advertising campaigns, working from the creative and visual concept through to execution. • Create key visuals (KVs) and their extensions. • Produce assets for paid media (digital) and content for organic social. • Work in a multidisciplinary way, collaborating directly with copywriting, planning, media and account teams. • Operate with creative thinking connected to strategy, considering the client’s overall context, objectives and business challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience at an advertising or marketing agency, with hands-on experience of agency routines and managing multiple simultaneous projects. • Portfolio required, with campaign projects, key visuals and extensions for real brands. • Regular use of AI tools for image and video (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Kling or similar). • Proficiency in the Adobe suite, with emphasis on Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects. • Critical sense and highly refined aesthetic judgment, with attention to typography, composition, grid and visual hierarchy. • Ability to propose visual solutions aligned with the client’s positioning and strategy. • Clear conceptual thinking and ability to develop a KV or creative idea into assets for different channels, formats and objectives while maintaining consistency of language. • Ability to translate briefs into creative solutions, working autonomously. • Ability to defend creative choices using technical and strategic arguments. • Constant, collaborative interaction with other agency departments. • Maturity to receive, filter and apply feedback from agency and client. • Autonomy and ability to run projects end-to-end without micro-management. • Fluent or advanced English. • Interest in sports, especially football (soccer). • Affinity with geek culture, particularly gaming.
