📋 Description

• Map internal processes and identify automation opportunities. • Develop prototypes and solutions using generative AI through a vibe coding approach. • Create test scenarios, validate workflows, and ensure automations work in real-world situations. • Transform manual processes into internal products in partnership with the founding partners. • Participate in strategic decisions and projects from the outset, without intermediary layers. • Work directly with the founding partners on real-world technology and applied AI projects. • Contribute to building internal products and automations that impact the company’s operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Have studied Engineering (any discipline). • Genuine interest in generative AI, automation, and product development. • Strong logical reasoning and structured thinking skills. • Curious, creative, and detail-oriented. • Enjoy testing, validating, and improving solutions before considering them complete. • Ability to work independently remotely and communicate effectively. • Active CNPJ registration or willingness to open one (PJ contractor model). • Experience with process mapping (AS IS / TO BE) is a plus. • Knowledge of tools such as Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar is a plus. • Familiarity with databases or Supabase is a plus. • Experience with QA, test documentation, or process validation is a plus.
