Our team works with autonomy, passion and dedication, always pursuing the best results. • We are seeking a Data Protection Lawyer to join our team and contribute to strategic projects that support the growth and innovation of the V.tal Group. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic and challenging environment with complex operations involving neutral network infrastructure, telecommunications and data centers, working across high-impact topics for the digital ecosystem. • Your responsibilities will include ensuring that V.tal and the group companies comply with the LGPD, sector-specific laws and regulations from authorities such as the ANPD and Anatel, helping to strengthen our data protection culture and digital governance. • You will participate in strategic negotiations and in projects to develop and review artificial intelligence systems, collaborating directly on the definition of ethical and regulatory guidelines applicable to new technologies. • The professional will be part of the legal department, focusing on data protection, intellectual property and artificial intelligence, contributing to protect the data of our customers and employees while creating value and competitive differentiation for the group’s products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree. • Postgraduate qualification in Data Protection, Intellectual Property or Artificial Intelligence. • Master’s degree and/or PhD will be considered an advantage. • Minimum of 5 years post-graduation. • Proven experience in data protection. • Strong technical competence. • Experience in regulation of new technologies and intellectual property is desirable. • Experience in the private sector, specifically within corporations, will be considered an advantage. • Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations. • Knowledge of processes and procedures before the ANPD. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team. • Advanced English (preferred). • Certifications in data protection (preferred).
