📋 Description

• Lead the squad (you + software engineer + data engineer) in day-to-day activities. • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products. • Conduct lean discovery with finance teams and turn operational pain points into high-impact use cases. • Define success criteria for pilots. • Ensure real adoption of the solution by analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience as a PM/PO for digital products in a corporate or B2B context. • Solid experience in finance: revenue cycle, expense cycle, accounting, or financial operations. • Track record in digital transformation with delivered products and measured outcomes. • Experience leading squads and managing people. • Good conceptual foundation in generative AI. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and product/workflow tools (Jira, Pipefy). • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. • Certifications in Product Management, Agile Methodologies, or AI (preferred).
