📋 Description
• Lead the squad/project end-to-end • Monitor progress of workstreams and report status • Define and validate requirements and build customer journeys • Ensure project execution according to Agile methodology • Maintain continuous communication with technology and partner areas
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields • Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban • Comfortable communicating with technical teams • Familiarity with API concepts (REST) and system integration • Experience across all stages of the product lifecycle • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO certification is a plus • Systemic understanding of the banking ecosystem and fintechs • Knowledge of project budget management • Proven track record as a Product Owner in the banking sector
