📋 Description

• Manage, prioritize and maintain the product backlog aligned with business needs. • Translate business requirements into clear, concise and prioritized user stories. • Act as the primary interface between business areas, technology and stakeholders. • Participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum and Kanban), supporting planning and tracking of deliveries. • Monitor the development of solutions, ensuring adherence to requirements and delivery quality. • Support the definition of the product roadmap and continuous evolution of features. • Conduct impact analyses and support data-driven decision making. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a global environment, ensuring alignment between business and technology.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner. • Experience with Trade & Supply Chain Finance products. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban). • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Teams. • Experience in backlog management and prioritization. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with cross-country (multi-country) integration projects — a plus. • Experience in the financial or banking sector — a plus. • Experience managing digital products and digital transformation initiatives — a plus. • Knowledge of business process mapping — a plus. • Intermediate to advanced English for interaction with global teams — a plus.
