📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for credit portfolio management products. • Translate business rules and partner teams' needs into requirements and user stories. • Act as the bridge between the business, technology, and stakeholders, ensuring continuous product evolution. • Lead initiatives related to receivables, portfolio maintenance, financial reconciliation, and credit processes. • Validate deliveries from squads and ensure alignment with business needs. • Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and propose product enhancements. • Ensure the product roadmap is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in digital products. • Experience managing and prioritizing a product backlog. • Experience defining business rules and writing user stories. • Knowledge of requirements analysis and elicitation. • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar). • Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. • Bachelor's degree (completed). • Experience with credit products, receivables, financial reconciliation, or portfolio management is a plus. • Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to products is a plus.
