📋 Description

• Define the product vision and strategy together with key stakeholders. • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Lead the discovery process and define requirements in collaboration with development, design and business teams. • Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to ensure iterative, high-impact deliveries. • Ensure proper documentation of user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics. • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Technology, Business). • Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues. • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards specific to the insurance industry.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the insurance or fintech sectors. • Advanced proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and product development frameworks. • Experience managing digital B2B or B2C products in high-complexity environments. • Strong analytical skills and metric-driven decision-making. • Knowledge of product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, etc.). • Advanced to upper-intermediate proficiency in spoken Spanish. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at multiple levels. • Knowledge of insurance regulations and rules in Brazil (desirable).
