📋 Description

• Act as Product Owner and/or Project Manager on the client's strategic initiatives; • Gather, understand and prioritize requests with stakeholders; • Manage the activity backlog, set priorities and track deliveries; • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review and Retrospective); • Monitor schedules, risks, impediments and project metrics; • Ensure communication between technical and business areas, promoting alignment among involved parties; • Prepare executive reports and status presentations for clients and leadership; • Support initiatives related to Information Security, ensuring projects align with business requirements and compliance; • Monitor delivery quality and drive continuous improvement of management processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related fields; • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Product Management or related areas is a plus; • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Project Manager; • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and related frameworks); • Experience in backlog management, requirements definition and prioritization of requests; • Experience in Information Security projects or vulnerability remediation (focus area); • Knowledge of management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday or similar; • Agile certifications (PSPO, PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP or equivalents) are a plus; • Excellent verbal communication; • Consultative, client-oriented profile; • Negotiation skills and proactivity; • Organization, planning and strategic vision; • Professional maturity to engage with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
