They work primarily with other businesses and offer training, consulting and assessment services.

📋 Description

• Lead Core Product Evolution: Drive initiatives that deliver high perceived value with minimal effort, improving the user experience of current products to ensure renewal of government contracts and generate upsell opportunities. • Innovation and Portfolio Expansion: Identify market opportunities, lead Discovery processes and test hypotheses, structuring innovation routines in collaboration with the Pedagogical Solutions team. • Prioritization and Autonomy: Work proactively in a lean team, manage the product backlog and balance usability improvements, technical debt and new features. • Data-Driven: Use quantitative and qualitative data to support decisions, validate hypotheses using Opportunity Trees and measure the success of deliveries. • Strategic Alignment: Serve as the bridge between Pedagogy, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Technology teams, ensuring the product roadmap aligns with revenue and expansion goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or Project Management. Additional training in Product Management (PM) or Data Analysis is recommended. • Solid experience as a Product Manager, with end-to-end delivery of digital products. • Proven ability to lead Discovery processes, formulate hypotheses and conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities. • Proficiency in data analysis (quantitative and qualitative) to extract insights and inform decisions. Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI). • Experience with agile methodologies, with a proactive profile to drive processes and collaborate directly with development and design teams. • Nice to have: Previous experience in the Education / EdTech sector, preferably with knowledge of pedagogical methodologies, modular portfolio expansion and/or experience with the public sector (B2G / PPPs).
