📋 Description

• Manage, refine and prioritize the payment-focused backlog, ensuring deliveries aligned with company objectives; • Detail transactional flows, business rules and clear acceptance criteria for engineering; • Monitor the health of payment pipelines, transaction conversion and approval rates; • Ensure the product's compliance with financial market rules, security requirements and regulations; • Facilitate agile ceremonies and act as the primary technical-business point of contact for the squad.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst. • Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem (gateways, acquirers, sub-acquirers, transactional APIs, reconciliation). • Strong understanding of transactional risk, stability and security. • Ability to break complex problems into smaller, testable user stories. • Knowledge of BACEN (Central Bank of Brazil) regulations and fraud prevention practices. • Experience with off-the-shelf products designed for high-volume transactions (SaaS or e-commerce).
