📋 Description

• Lead strategic initiatives within the Product organization • Evolve operations through Artificial Intelligence, automation, data, and scalability • Connect business, technology, data, and leadership to drive optimization • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity • Propose new ways of working and act as a change agent • Manage product governance, metrics, and OKRs • Drive large-scale adoption of Artificial Intelligence

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management • Strong analytical skills and systems thinking • Experience defining and tracking OKRs and KPIs • Experience in organizational transformation and evolving operating models • Knowledge of Generative AI and process automation • Ability to influence across functions and hierarchical levels • Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented • Comfortable navigating between business, product, technology, and data
