📋 Description

• Define and prioritize the backlog strategically, aligning deliveries with business objectives; • Build and evolve the product roadmap, connecting tactical initiatives to the long-term strategy; • Lead Product Discovery initiatives, validating problems, opportunities and solutions with customers; • Write clear user stories and business requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technology; • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data and other teams to develop customer-centered products; • Define, monitor and analyze product metrics (KPIs and OKRs), driving data-informed decisions; • Manage stakeholders, dependencies and risks, ensuring alignment and delivery predictability; • Identify opportunities for product evolution based on market trends, customer behavior and business outcomes. Foster a product culture based on collaboration, experimentation and customer focus.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager for digital products; • Experience managing products focused on retention, engagement and customer value generation; • Hands-on experience in Product Discovery, backlog prioritization and roadmap definition. Experience with product metrics, KPIs and OKRs. Knowledge of agile methodologies and product culture; • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; • Nice-to-haves: • Experience with loyalty programs (Loyalty); • Knowledge of payment methods; • Knowledge of loyalty platforms (e.g., Comarch); • Experience with fraud prevention in digital products.
