📋 Description

• Represent the household assistance agency in your region • Implement marketing and sales activities • Recruit and build your own team of household assistants and client relationships • Coordinate and manage the team • Ensure care for all dependent clients in the district • Act as the district contact person and represent the district’s interests to headquarters on concerns and decisions • Expand the district with support from the central team and lead the local team

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to act independently and take responsibility • Sociable and communicative — you enjoy connecting people • Conscientious, sustainable and thorough working style • Comfortable being visible and building your reputation in the region • Documented training experience with cognitive impairment / dementia • Qualified professional in the health and social sector, e.g., geriatric nurse, therapeutic educator (Heilpädagoge) or special-needs care specialist (Heilerziehungspfleger) • Passion for social engagement and collaborative work • Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1)
