📋 Description

• Organize, launch, optimize and analyze client campaigns • Monitor results and deliver reports • Participate in strategic meetings and communicate clearly with clients and the internal team • Serve as a technical and organizational reference within the operation • Support the management of a lean team and ensure deadlines, quality standards and project goals are met

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge and HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads • Long-term commitment (we are not hiring freelancers) • Availability for daily, weekly, biweekly and monthly meetings • Availability for client meetings (onboarding, access setup and results presentations) • Desire for continuous professional growth • Good communication, a sense of responsibility and professional demeanor • Proactivity and initiative to solve problems and propose improvements • Familiarity with marketing and organizational tools • Experience in client management, organizing requests, setting priorities and tracking deliveries • Analytical profile with a strategic mindset, not only operational
