📋 Description

• Reconcile and analyze accounting balances • Collaborate in the analysis of accounting variances and the development of action plans • Support the preparation of internal accounting policies and procedures • Contribute to the implementation of improvements in accounting processes • Stay up to date with changes in accounting regulations • Assist in assessing the accounting impacts of new company products • Contribute to the monthly accounting close • Prepare accounting and financial reports • Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, when applicable • Participate in the planning and execution of internal and external audits • Monitor and ensure compliance with accounting standards • Collaborate with other areas of the company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final periods of study • At least 3 years of experience in the financial market/payment institution • Advanced accounting software: familiarity with advanced accounting systems such as ERPs and financial management software (Metabase and others)
