📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from role alignment to candidate hiring. • Hold internal briefing meetings to understand the profile, market, and search strategy. • Develop hunting strategies and market mapping for technical, commercial, specialist, leadership, and executive positions. • Identify target companies and suitable professionals through market research. • Use multiple recruitment sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, social media, networking, referrals, and specialized tools. • Perform active candidate outreach (headhunting).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. • Previous experience in recruitment and selection. • Experience with active candidate sourcing. • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple processes simultaneously. • Analytical, consultative, and results-oriented profile.
