📋 Description
• Lead full development and commercial-stage alliances with pharmaceutical organizations • Primary point of contact and owner of relationships with the assigned partner • Proactively identify partner’s precision medicine needs, engage partner, and establish new collaborations • Ensure performance to agreement standards and constraints • Drive growth of the Companion Diagnostics business at Agilent
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) and/or a PhD/Master's degree in a Life Sciences discipline • 8+ years in 2 of the following and 2+ years negotiating contracts • Previous experience as an Alliance Manager and/or Director is highly preferred • Working with companion diagnostics or drug development • Understanding of the drug development process, especially in conjunction with a companion diagnostic
