📋 Description

• Enhance the customer experience by delivering tailored financing solutions • Generate opportunities through direct customer engagement and field sales • Provide training, attend trade shows, and promote AFS through targeted marketing initiatives • Work closely with the sales team to drive incremental business, expand adoption of AFS, and maximize commercial opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. • MBA or Certified Lease & Finance Professional (preferred). • 5+ years’ experience in equipment leasing/structured finance, program development, financial services, and sales/originations. • Proven ability to structure lease and financing proposals. • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including IFRS and tax accounting. • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in financial solutions and growth strategy execution. • Excellent relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Fluent in German and English (required); Italian is a plus.
