• Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring Agilent is recognized as a trusted strategic partner while achieving sales targets. • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and create new business opportunities. • Own and deliver sales quota performance within the assigned territory and accounts. • Promote and sell the full Agilent Chemistries and Supplies portfolio. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers within assigned accounts and territories. • Lead and coordinate complex sales projects involving cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and product experts. • Collaborate with customers to support application development, enhance customer satisfaction, and secure larger strategic opportunities. • Partner closely with Marketing to align product messaging and support commercial programs and campaigns. • Develop and implement account plans that drive revenue growth and increase Agilent's footprint within existing and new customers.
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline. • 2–4 years of customer-facing sales experience selling analytical consumables, laboratory supplies, or related scientific products with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Strong understanding of analytical laboratory workflows and customer requirements within the UK market. • Solid technical knowledge of analytical techniques, including: Chromatography (GC and HPLC) Spectroscopy Mass Spectrometry. • Experience supporting customers in Environmental and Food Safety markets. • Strong business development, negotiation, and closing skills. • Experience managing medium to large accounts and successfully introducing both established and new products. • Demonstrated success in strategic account management and territory growth. • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
