📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end design, detailed configuration, to-be process flows, and implementation of complex SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Finance, RAR, Intercompany, and Group Reporting projects • Translate business strategies, programs, and projects into structured SAP business process flows • Serve as functional/technical lead and Finance business process lead for SAP initiatives • Lead Finance compliance and establish successful New Business Models with Finance sub-functions, Tax, and cross-functional teams • Lead FICO work for enterprise projects such as M&A integrations and transformation initiatives, including Q2C processes, tracking, and program management • Gather requirements and prototype solution designs across FI, CO, MM, SD, and PS modules • Liaise with IT to represent Finance stakeholders and Finance, compliance, operations, Tax, Global Trade, and FP&A requirements • Drive data migration, cutover planning, and system testing for ECC-to-S/4 transitions • Resolve complex system and process design issues while ensuring internal-control and regulatory compliance • Mentor junior teammates and lead project teams through delivery and project lifecycle • Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and build SAP solutions against business objectives, strategies, and KPIs • Lead Group Reporting and transition from Oracle EPM to S/4HANA Group Reporting when applicable • Develop transition strategies and lead Group Reporting integration with S/4HANA, Universal Journal, SAP Fiori Apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field • 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO (ECC and S/4HANA) • Deep techno-functional expertise in at least 2-3 Finance sub-functions such as Intercompany, RAR, and FA • SAP certifications in S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting and SAC preferred • Hands-on, proven experience with SAP FICO and S/4HANA • Experience with SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud highly preferred • Experience upgrading from Oracle EPM Suite to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting and SAC highly preferred • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash • Experience leading global implementations and managing multi-geo teams • Deep functional and technical experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA FICO modules • Group Reporting experience, including consolidation processes, legal and management consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, data models, Data Monitor, Consolidation Monitor, and ownership tasks, highly preferred • Strong financial data interpretation and consolidation troubleshooting skills • Experience leading S/4HANA implementations and upgrades, especially in Group Reporting and finance transformation • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with third-party integrations preferred • Familiarity with SAP security, WRICEF development, and testing frameworks • Occasional travel required
