📋 Description

• Design, write and maintain clear, detailed test cases and test scenarios derived from business requirements • Execute end-to-end and regression testing for MUNIvers releases within an Agile delivery environment • Identify, log, prioritise and track defects through to resolution using DevOps • Validate data accuracy through basic SQL queries where required • Support test automation initiatives using AcceLQ or equivalent tools • Understand and use the company's Implementation Methodology • Consider customer, business and delivery impacts when assessing defects, risks and release readiness • Provide clear, timely status updates on test progress, coverage and outstanding defects • Develop and maintain a working understanding of the MUNIvers product, including billing/finance modules and account/contact relationships • Build understanding of batch processing and other domain-specific complexity within MUNIvers • Complete training activities and proactively look for opportunities to build Salesforce and MUNIvers product knowledge • Identify and escalate quality risks and issues to the Product Owner or QA Lead • Maintain defect tracking and reporting discipline, keeping stakeholders informed of status and impacts • Assist in analysis and documentation of test coverage, business processes and product functionality • Provide input into test planning and estimates for upcoming releases and sprints

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce QA testing experience • 2–3 years overall experience in a testing role • Experience with end-to-end and regression testing in an Agile environment • Strong defect tracking and reporting skills, ideally using DevOps • Ability to write clear, detailed test cases and scenarios from business requirements • Basic SQL query knowledge • Experience or ability to support test automation using AcceLQ or equivalent tools • Ability to work Sydney, Australia business hours • Working understanding of Salesforce, MUNIvers, billing/finance modules, account/contact relationships and batch processing to be developed or maintained
