📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Salesforce Administrators through one-on-ones, goal setting, performance feedback, career development, and day-to-day support • Set team priorities, assign work, balance capacity, remove blockers, and ensure quality and timely delivery • Provide technical and functional guidance, review solutions and configurations, and promote Salesforce best practices and documentation • Serve as the first escalation point for team members and operational issues • Communicate risks, dependencies, and status to SaaS Applications leadership and business stakeholders • Administer Salesforce environments, including users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings • Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flows, and Process Builder • Gather stakeholder requirements and implement scalable Salesforce solutions • Support CPQ and Billing configurations and accurate quote-to-cash processes • Lead or support Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems using middleware such as MuleSoft • Monitor performance, conduct audits, and optimize usability and security • Create and maintain reports and dashboards • Document configurations, processes, decisions, and best practices • Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions • Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend platform enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including senior-level responsibility for Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Billing • Demonstrated experience leading, managing, or formally mentoring Salesforce Administrators; experience supervising a small team is preferred • Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, delegation, performance feedback, conflict resolution, and team development • Ability to prioritize work across a team, manage competing demands, and communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies clearly • Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools • Experience with integration tools and patterns for connecting Salesforce with other systems • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities • Salesforce Administrator certification required • Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with JIRA • Familiarity with quote-to-cash, billing, or financial process automation • Exposure to Snowflake, Power BI, and Certinia would be a plus • Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools and workflows • Ability to apply effective prompting techniques • Comfort learning and adopting new AI-enabled tools • Understanding of responsible AI use, including data privacy, security, and verification of AI-generated outputs
