📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, scalable AI-powered solutions leveraging Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360 • Build, test, and enhance Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations • Design and build scalable, secure data architectures on Salesforce Data 360, including DLOs, DMOs, identity resolution strategies, and real-time data activation patterns • Leverage unstructured DMOs, retrievers, and search indexes • Engage directly with customers to define requirements and propose and deliver complex Salesforce solutions • Develop using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and JavaScript • Collaborate with project teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions • Stay current with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, and platform best practices • Acquire and maintain relevant Salesforce certifications aligned with career development goals • Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events • Represent NeuraFlash and Accenture in the Salesforce community • Leverage AI tools and development assistants to maximize build efficiency and speed • Participate in recruiter, peer, panel coding, and leadership interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and JavaScript • Strong understanding of Salesforce Apex language and coding patterns/best practices • Strong foundation in software development principles, programming fundamentals, and object-oriented programming (OOP) • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and source tracking with Git • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems via REST APIs • Experience building solutions on Salesforce Data 360 • Experience building Agentforce agents, workflows, and automations • Ability to learn and acquire new technical skills quickly to solve business problems • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Preferred: experience with Data 360 capabilities, including unstructured DMOs, retrievers, search indexes, RAG, and identity resolution • Preferred: experience with Agentforce Agent Script • Preferred: relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist, or Claude Certified Architect • Preferred: prior consulting or professional services delivery experience • Preferred: experience across additional Salesforce Clouds • Preferred: understanding of Salesforce Enhanced Chat and Omni-channel • Preferred: experience with Amazon Connect or other telephony platforms • Preferred: experience writing, testing, and deploying AWS Lambda functions • Preferred: proficiency in Claude Code or similar AI coding agents
