• Apresentar aos hóspedes e clientes intermediários sempre as melhores opções de reserva, dentro das condições e estratégias do dia. • Atender as ligações ou chat conforme padrões de atendimento e conversão de reservas. • Dar todas as informações aos clientes no ato da reserva. • Garantir a correta inserção de reservas no sistema, conforme procedimento. • Realizar negociações de reservas para grupos. • Trabalhar de forma estratégica na oferta de receitas adicionais à reserva, como Upselling, Early Check-in, Late Check-out, restaurante, entre outros. • Gerar leads/oportunidades para equipe comercial/receitas do prédio sempre que necessário. • Realizar negociações de reservas para grupos. • Verificar disponibilidades para abrir ou fechar os canais de vendas, evitando overbooking. • Oferecer suporte para a equipe de Agente de Reservas dos hotéis
🎯 Requirements
• Gestão de channel manager (Omnibees); Climber (RMS), site próprio do hotel, GDS e PMS; • Power BI; • Lighthouse; • Experiência na função • Conhecimento de pacote Office • Inglês Intermediário / Avançado
