• Organizational Climate Management: Support end-to-end the employee engagement/climate survey cycle, from design and administration to data analysis and translating insights into effective action plans with the business areas. • Leadership Development: Operate the company’s leadership development program and support the implementation of new learning and training solutions. • Business Partnering / Consultative Role: Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing support, development rituals, and consultative guidance on people management. • Employee Experience: Implement and operationalize projects focused on the employee journey, with emphasis on redesigning and executing the Onboarding program (serving strategic, tactical and operational levels). • Performance and Succession Management: Design, deploy and monitor performance evaluation cycles, identify high-potential talent and develop succession maps.
• Bachelor’s degree (completed) • Previous experience in Human Resources, particularly in organizational development, talent management, learning & development, and performance management. • Experience with performance and succession management. • Knowledge of performance assessment techniques and talent development tools. • Understanding of change management practices and organizational development.
