📋 Description

• Manage insurance and assistance products, overseeing their implementation, evolution and day-to-day performance • Support P&L management for the products, contributing analyses of profitability, cost structure and margins • Develop and review pricing analyses, taking into account risk, competitiveness and business sustainability • Monitor financial and operational indicators (e.g., results, margin, loss ratio, operational efficiency, NPS), identify deviations and propose improvement actions • Support the launch of new products, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance and alignment with involved teams • Contribute to backlog management and prioritization of requests based on business impact and customer experience • Support the creation and monitoring of the product roadmap • Collaborate with technology, operations, legal, compliance, finance teams and external partners to enable initiatives • Track regulatory requirements and support product and process compliance • Identify opportunities for improvement, optimization and portfolio evolution • Prepare analyses, reports and presentations to support decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields • Solid experience with insurance products (especially credit-protection, property insurance and assistance products) • Previous experience as a PM and/or PO (or working closely with product management) • Strong analytical skills, with focus on financial and operational indicators • Intermediate Office suite skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence (Atlassian)
