The company supplies, sells and provides parts and service for heavy machinery — generators, portable air compressors, lighting towers, compaction and paving equipment, directional drills, trenchers and other site and waste-management machinery — to construction, agriculture, utilities, mining, government and recycling sectors through a network of branches and dealers.

📋 Description

• Prepare briefings and align scope with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders; • Analyze and control budgets, conducting studies and simulations to assess feasibility and return for the company; • Follow up on events with all involved teams and departments; • Review and monitor approved vs. actual budgets; • Manage administrative routines such as contracts, payments, and other requirements to ensure the smooth operation of the department and deliverables; • Create and implement detailed schedules to ensure all deadlines are met; • Conduct post-event analyses to identify lessons learned and propose continuous improvements; • Experience managing suppliers/vendors (production, logistics, promotional items, set design/scenography, etc.);

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field; • Proven experience in events, brand activations, and sponsorships; • Proactive, dynamic, organized, communicative, and strategic mindset; • Ability to work in fast-paced and constantly changing environments; • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse internal and external audiences; • Senior profile with strategic vision, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication; • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; • Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating executive presentations in PDF; • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
