📋 Description

• Independently manage one of our real estate portfolios in the asset classes Senior Living, Health Care, Mobility, or Residential • Identify value-creation potential and take responsibility for its realization • Develop asset strategies through a holistic assessment of the properties, including ESG criteria • Contribute to the diversification of our portfolios through involvement in transactions (acquisitions and disposals) • Commission, manage, and optimize property managers and other service providers • Actively contribute to the further development of the business unit • Ensure the development of expertise and internal knowledge transfer within the company • Participate in the further development of internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, real estate studies, or a related field • At least 5 years of professional experience in asset management • Confident and self-assured demeanor • Excellent knowledge of property management, commercial tenancy law, and land/property law • Analytical and structured working style; willingness to travel throughout Germany (at least one overnight stay per month) • High degree of personal responsibility and initiative • Strong negotiation skills, resilience, team-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills
