• Ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of AIM's systems • Own high-severity production incidents end to end • Design and improve AI-driven support workflows • Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders • Mentor L1/L2 engineers
• 5–8 years in Production Support, Support Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering • 3 years handling L2/L3 escalations in cloud or distributed systems • Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, infrastructure, and integrations • Solid understanding of ITIL processes in ITSM tools • Scripting and automation skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash • Working knowledge of API integrations • Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Practical experience with AI-driven workflows • Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, or orchestration frameworks • Certifications in ITIL, Azure/AWS/GCP, or AI/ML disciplines preferred
