• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Procurement. • Develop and deliver enhanced UX Proof of Concepts utilizing Fiori UI, mobile capabilities, and AI-driven user interfaces. • Drive the modernization of HR technology landscape by leading SuccessFactors modules implementation. • Streamline procurement operations by automating purchase requests, approval matrixes, and spend compliance workflows. • Spearhead the extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of legacy data from SAP SRM to S/4HANA. • Manage critical integrations with key suppliers and designated Records Management solution. • Conduct structured knowledge transfer and training sessions for IT and Procurement staff.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP SRM to S/4HANA Procurement migrations. • Proven experience managing end-to-end data migration tracks (validation, cleansing, and reconciliation). • Hands-on experience with modern SAP UX tools, specifically SAP Fiori and AI/mobility enhancements. • Experience managing supplier integrations (Ariba/EDI/Punchout) and document/records management systems.
