📋 Description

• Become a trusted advisor working together with our clients, from data owners and analytic users to C-level executives • Drive multi-workstream programs delivering enterprise data and AI platforms and measurable business outcomes • Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication • Own program governance, including consolidated status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading delivery in consulting/professional services, including multi-workstream programs and cross-functional teams. • Proven ability to translate technical deliverables into measurable business outcomes and executive-ready communication. • Experience delivering modern data, analytics, and/or AI solutions in cloud and enterprise environments; able to partner effectively with engineers, architects, and analytics leaders. • Strong program governance and delivery management skills: integrated plans, dependency management, RAID, change control, and clear escalation paths. • Fluency across Agile, hybrid, and/or Waterfall delivery; able to adapt the approach to client context and team maturity. • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills, including executive-level reporting. • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed. • 3+ years working in a consulting firm.
