📋 Description

• Serve as focal point for specific projects and programs in Space Systems • Manage and implement Airbus Defence & Space procurement contractual policy and associated Terms & Conditions • Draft and revise standard procurement contracts incorporating economic, commercial, technological, legal, and risk-management requirements • Support Calls for Tenders by approving contractual baselines, assessing bids, supporting negotiations, and overseeing awards • Prepare, perform, and lead contract negotiations with procurement commodity managers across contract types • Approve and sign contract validation forms containing key contract elements, deviations, risks, and opportunities • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, claims, and settlement agreements • Analyze supplier agreements and advise on disagreements or potential disputes • Support preparation and defense of claims and pre-litigation matters • Provide specialized contract analysis, drafting, design, and negotiation support to non-Procurement functions • Advise internal stakeholders on contractual implications of improvement projects, including confidentiality and intellectual property • Develop and further develop Procurement Academy training • Coach and provide on-the-job training to stakeholders in contracts and negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• University degree with a legal background • 6+ years of experience in contract negotiations • Experience in sales, procurement, or commercial environments • Native German speaker • Professional negotiation-level fluency in English • Skilled at drafting clear, precise contractual text • Willingness to undergo the process to obtain a national security clearance, or already holding a Security Clearance • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills • Analytical and rigorous approach to complex technical or legal concepts • Pragmatic ability to balance contractual and business risks, priorities, oversights, and compliance
