📋 Description

• Delivering exceptional on-site service for CS Medical equipment across the United States • Building strong relationships with hospital and clinical staff through clear communication, reliability, and technical expertise • Performing installation, validation, maintenance, and repair of customer-owned equipment across the U.S. • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues via phone, email, and in-person visits • Completing all service documentation accurately and completely • Maintaining organized and accurate records in the Service Department’s central systems • Maintaining accurate inventory of company-owned tools, equipment, and spare parts • Supporting service quality initiatives and customer satisfaction goals • Providing valuable feedback from the field to improve products, service processes, and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 1–3 years of experience in a technical or medical device service environment (or equivalent) • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset • High level of computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP systems) • Proven ability to manage documentation with speed and accuracy • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Associates Degree in related field or equivalent (preferred) • Experience working in hospital, clinical, or repair environments (preferred)
