📋 Description

• Provide field operations support across communities and execute key projects related to community setup, revenue generation, and customer experience improvements. • Act as a representative of operations and support the successful launch, stabilization, or improvement of assigned communities. • Enhance customer experience through excellent service, supporting resident acquisition and retention, and ensuring community readiness. • Provide hands-on support with day-to-day operations, training on systems and processes, and covering positions as needed. • Serve as a subject matter expert on operational policies and procedures, supporting community teams and central operations. • Assist with troubleshooting, resolving resident concerns, and training on-site teams. • Identify process improvements, support revenue initiatives, and share updates on project status and community performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time with easy access to large Airport. • Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. • Experience in community operations, customer service, and leasing with a strong understanding of sales strategies and resident acquisition. • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. • Technologically proficient with experience in property management systems and tools. • Demonstrated ability to support training efforts, and provide operational coverage as needed. • Understanding of financial processes, including budgets and variance review, is preferred. • A background in process improvement, community setup, or operations support is a plus. • Leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.
