• Technical customer support for insulin pumps • Customer support via phone and email • Order processing for insulin pumps • Preparation of cost estimates • Close collaboration with colleagues
• Completed vocational training in a commercial/administrative or nursing/healthcare field • Initial professional experience in telephone-based customer support • Enjoyment of communication and customer interaction • Prior knowledge in medical technology (diabetes, insulin pumps) is an advantage • Confident use of common software applications (e.g., Google Workspace) • SAP knowledge desirable • Very good German language skills • English skills advantageous
