• Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound) • Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently • Escalating complex issues where required • Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems • Following client processes and quality standards • Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement
• Based in Germany with valid work authorisation • Native or professional proficiency in Icelandic • Good English communication skills • 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred • Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat • Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop
