📋 Description

‱ Re-activate and progress key target accounts in Poland ‱ Build access to new Tier 1 target accounts and secure qualified meetings with relevant stakeholders ‱ Support local follow-up with operational, clinical, and commercial teams ‱ Coordinate and help advance pilot, demo, proposal, and contract discussions together with AIRS Medical Europe ‱ Identify, evaluate, and help progress suitable distributor or channel partner candidates in Poland ‱ Contribute to commercial pipeline generation and contracted ARR growth in the market

🎯 Requirements

‱ Strong business development experience in Poland ‱ Experience in healthcare, medical devices, radiology, imaging IT, or related fields preferred ‱ Ability to engage both senior decision-makers and local working-level stakeholders ‱ Strong communication skills in Polish and English ‱ Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with a European leadership team ‱ Able to move opportunities from initial engagement to commercial progression ‱ Strong local market access and follow-up capability ‱ Ability to work with both C-level and operational stakeholders
