📋 Description

• Prospect, build and close a pipeline of new business by partnering with executives at hospitals and health systems and mapping their needs to AKASA’s revenue cycle management platform solutions • Report to the Head of Commercial Growth • Build relationships with C-Level executives to discuss strategic and operational challenges and present best practice solutions • Drive business development and sales strategy to achieve sales targets • Conduct consultative onsite and virtual presentations to educate prospective clients on industry best practices and AKASA products • Work closely with BDR team to prospect new sales opportunities • Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome, including discovery, proposals, procurement/legal navigation, and closing • Provide insights from prospecting visits to inform research and new product development • Engage with prospective and existing customers at trade shows and industry events • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and legal teams to drive sales outcomes and support accurate forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years consultative, enterprise sales experience • Proven track record selling to executive-level healthcare providers such as hospitals and health systems • Ability to recognize the needs of the customer and develop solutions that exceeds expectations • Dynamic and engaging presentation skills; ability to break down complex or abstract ideas into simpler concepts • Ideally, deep experience in health system revenue cycle, specifically mid-cycle (coding, clinical documentation improvement) sales, consulting, or delivery • Excellent writing, critical thinking, and negotiation skills • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% • US-based (must be located in the United States)
