ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust their properties to the company for management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements with owners • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a portfolio of properties managed for short-term rentals • Develop the client portfolio with a focus on generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
