They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Lead business development for the ALB Concierge Services territory • Identify and prospect property owners with high rental potential • Present ALB’s offering and secure property management agreements • Onboard properties: conduct audits, provide interior design advice, and create listings across multiple platforms • Manage relationships with property-owner clients • Continuously optimize property performance • Prepare reports and grow the business with complete autonomy

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation and drive • Ability to work independently with the support of a structured network • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
