ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• You will be ALB's local point of contact in your area. • Development: Identify and bring new properties under management (Apartments, Houses, Villas, Chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...). • Operations: Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordination of cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations). • Freedom: Organize your time and work from where you want (partial remote work / field work).

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property. • Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other sector — it’s your willingness to learn and commitment to quality that matter. • Autonomous: You want control over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
