📋 Description

‱ Manage relationships with our potential distributors. ‱ Develop and implement sales strategies. ‱ Drive revenue growth. ‱ Ensure effective distribution of our products in the market. ‱ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through distribution partners within the assigned territory. ‱ Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products. ‱ Identify and source new distributors and partners to increase market sales. ‱ Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to drive sales growth. ‱ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and finance, to ensure efficient product distribution to customers. ‱ Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize distribution efforts. ‱ Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends and key distribution sales metrics. ‱ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. ‱ Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales of distributed products. ‱ Strong background in selling distribution products. ‱ Demonstrated management skills. ‱ Ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships. ‱ Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distribution networks. ‱ Strong interpersonal relationship management skills. ‱ Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and end customers. ‱ Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop relationships with distribution partners. ‱ Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to develop strategies and sales plans. ‱ Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks. ‱ Ability to work as part of a remote team to promote collaboration, mutual support and knowledge sharing. ‱ Knowledge of the Construction sector and/or Machine Control is a real advantage. ‱ Candidate must be fluent in French. ‱ Knowledge of English is a definite advantage. ‱ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software.
