âą Manage relationships with our potential distributors. âą Develop and implement sales strategies. âą Drive revenue growth. âą Ensure effective distribution of our products in the market. âą Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue through distribution partners within the assigned territory. âą Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products. âą Identify and source new distributors and partners to increase market sales. âą Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges, and develop solutions to drive sales growth. âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and finance, to ensure efficient product distribution to customers. âą Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize distribution efforts. âą Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends and key distribution sales metrics. âą Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
âą Bachelorâs degree in Business or a related field. âą Minimum of 5 years proven experience in sales of distributed products. âą Strong background in selling distribution products. âą Demonstrated management skills. âą Ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships. âą Proven track record of achieving sales targets through distribution networks. âą Strong interpersonal relationship management skills. âą Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and end customers. âą Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop relationships with distribution partners. âą Strong ability to analyze sales data, market trends and customer feedback to develop strategies and sales plans. âą Excellent ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a fast-changing environment and prioritize tasks. âą Ability to work as part of a remote team to promote collaboration, mutual support and knowledge sharing. âą Knowledge of the Construction sector and/or Machine Control is a real advantage. âą Candidate must be fluent in French. âą Knowledge of English is a definite advantage. âą Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM (customer relationship management) software.
