📋 Description

• Coordinate regional/subregional field development programs (biology plans, protocols, trials, data analysis, and reporting) • Define field trials program objectives and translate results into clear summaries and presentations • Advise the business on portfolio strategy using technical expertise and field data insights • Collaborate with regional teams, agronomists, and external partners (e.g. research institutes, Universities) to ensure strong, market-relevant product positioning • Work with regulatory and data teams to deliver high-quality datasets for decision-making and product registration • Drive knowledge transfer to technical marketing and service teams; monitor competitor developments to identify differentiation opportunities • Track and communicate relevant competitors technology developments, identify and champion potential opportunities to differentiate FMC’s portfolio and provide value to our customer

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in agriculture (or similar) • At least 5 years’ experience in the agricultural sector • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and budget management • Proven expertise in crop management, field trials, experimental design, and data analysis • Good understanding of EU BAD requirements with experience in generating BAD-compliant data • Solid knowledge of crop protection, crop management practices, and emerging technologies • Willingness to travel frequently across Europe during peak season for field trials visits • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
