ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking and Abritel • Create and optimize listings (photos, descriptions, SEO) • Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue • Handle bookings and guest communications • Organize check-ins and handle disputes • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays • Prospect new property owners who want to delegate the management of their properties • Potentially develop and supervise a team of City Managers under mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade and build trust with property owners • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously • Experience in real estate, sales or other sectors is a plus • Desire to start an entrepreneurial activity with the support of a structured network • Willingness to build recurring long-term income • Self-employed / independent contractor status • Full training included • Flexible start — begin at your own pace • No upfront investment required
